Rick L. Bradley, Attorney

Rick Bradley is a partner at Miller Bradley Law located in Salem, Oregon. His primary focus is on VA appeals.

Rick was born and raised on the Southern Oregon Coast enlisting in the Marine Corps in April 1985.  Throughout his life he has owned numerous successful small businesses before retiring from the Marine Corps in December 2008 following 23+ years of active duty service.  After retiring from the Marines, Rick worked in Afghanistan for 7+ years on a US Government Aviation Contract as the Program Manager in support of LOGCAP IV in Bagram and Kandahar, Afghanistan from January 2009 to June 2015.  In the summer of 2016 Rick was lured out of retirement by his continued drive to serve Veterans through the opportunity to attend law school with his wife, who is also a veteran and attorney.  Rick’s extensive and broad experience base provides a unique foundation from which to further serve the veteran community by helping to resolve Veterans VA disability claims and other legal matters.

Rick handles a broad range of legal issues with a primary focus on Veteran representation and VA disability law.  After a combined 31 years of working directly with and for the US Gov’t in both active duty and civilian capacities, he is well positioned to leverage that experience to navigate the landscape of Veteran law.  Rick is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and can thus practice Veteran law nationwide with no geographic limitations for client representation.  Rick is also admitted to practice in front of the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC), the Board of Veteran Appeals (BVA), and before the Veterans Administration.

When not working Rick likes to spend time with his wife of 15 years, his two daughters and grandchildren.  He is an avid hunter, fisherman, and outdoorsman, growing up near the beach and the mountains of western Oregon, and is passionate about spending time in the outdoors.  Rick also enjoys watching college football and rooting for his favorite team.
